Our Grievance Officer handles privacy concerns at info@perfectdigitalsolution.com. You can also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
This Privacy Policy explains how Perfect Digital Solution (PDS) collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit https://perfectdigitalsolution.com, contact us, or work with us as a client. We have written it in plain English so you can understand what happens to your information and what choices you have.
We handle personal data in line with Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 as their provisions come into force, and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it for as long as they apply.
Who we are
Perfect Digital Solution is a digital marketing and web and app development agency, operating since 2018. GSTIN: 09GGUPS5553J1ZA.
For personal data we collect through this website and for our own business purposes, PDS is the Data Fiduciary. That means we decide why and how that data is used, and we are responsible for it.
Our offices are at:
- H-141, 1st Floor, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh
- First Floor, 27, Bansal Plaza, DPS School Road, Knowledge Park 5, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201306
- C-145, Vinod Nagar, New Delhi
What personal data we collect
Enquiry and contact forms. When you fill in a form on our website, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, company name, website, the service you need, your budget range, your preferred start timeline and your project message. We also record whether you ticked the consent checkbox and the optional checkbox to receive marketing emails.
Chat, phone and email. Our website has a chat widget that links you to WhatsApp or a phone call with us. If you contact us this way, or by email, we receive your phone number or email address, your name if shared, and the content of your messages.
Technical and usage data. When you browse our website, we and our service providers collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time spent, referring pages and approximate location derived from your IP address. Our hosting provider also keeps server logs that record this kind of information.
Security data. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to tell people apart from spam bots. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sends it to Google for analysis.
Client and project information. If you become a client, we collect business contact details, billing details and the information needed to deliver the services you have engaged us for.
Data we process on behalf of our clients
Many of our services, such as SEO, PPC and Google Ads, social media marketing, email marketing, online reputation management, website development, web hosting and app development, require access to our clients’ own accounts. Clients may give us access to their Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, social media, hosting and content management system (CMS) accounts.
These accounts may contain personal data about our clients’ own customers, subscribers or website visitors. For that data, the client is the Data Fiduciary and PDS acts as a Data Processor. We process it only to deliver the agreed services and only on the client’s instructions. We do not use it for our own purposes and we do not sell it.
If you are a customer of one of our clients and have a question about your data, please contact that business directly. If you contact us, we will pass your request to the relevant client where appropriate.
Why we use your personal data
We use personal data to:
- reply to your enquiry and send you a quote or proposal;
- deliver, manage and support the services you have engaged us for;
- send invoices, collect payments and keep accounting and tax records;
- send you marketing emails, only if you have opted in;
- protect our website and forms from spam, fraud and misuse;
- understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it;
- comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities.
We collect only the data we need for these purposes.
Consent and other lawful grounds
When you submit a form, you tick a consent checkbox. This is your consent for us to use the details you provide to respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you are interested in. Marketing emails are a separate, optional choice that you make with a separate checkbox.
Where the law allows, we may also process personal data without fresh consent for certain legitimate uses, for example where you have voluntarily given us data for a specific purpose and have not said you object, or where we must comply with a law or court order.
Withdrawing consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, by emailing info@perfectdigitalsolution.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already took place. After you withdraw, we will stop processing your data for that purpose within a reasonable time, unless we need to keep it to meet a legal requirement. If you withdraw consent needed to deliver a service, we may not be able to continue that service.
Once registered Consent Managers are available under the DPDP framework, you may also be able to give, manage and withdraw consent through one of them.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where needed, with:
- Google, for reCAPTCHA, Google Analytics and Search Console (through Google Site Kit), and other Google tools we use to run our business;
- our website hosting provider, which stores our website, its database (including form submissions) and server logs;
- email service providers, which deliver form notifications to our team and any emails we send you;
- WhatsApp and telephone service providers, if you contact us through the chat widget;
- professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, where necessary;
- government or law enforcement authorities, where required by law.
Service providers who process personal data for us are expected to keep it secure and use it only for the purpose we share it for.
Transfers outside India
Some of our service providers, including Google, may store or process data on servers outside India. We transfer personal data outside India only as permitted under Indian law, and we will follow any restrictions the Central Government notifies for particular countries.
How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law. In general:
- enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for as long as reasonably needed to follow up, and then deleted;
- client records, including contracts and invoices, are kept for as long as required under tax, accounting and other laws;
- access to client accounts is given up, or credentials are deleted, when the engagement ends or when the client asks;
- server logs and security records are kept for the period required by law and for security purposes.
Where the DPDP Rules require a minimum retention period for certain data or logs, or require us to give you notice before erasure, we will follow those requirements.
How we protect your data
We use reasonable security safeguards to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss or misuse. These include access controls, password-protected systems, limiting access to staff who need it, keeping software updated and using secure (HTTPS) connections on our website.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a personal data breach occurs, we will inform affected people and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.
Your rights
As a Data Principal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- access a summary of the personal data we process about you and how we process it, and to know who we have shared it with;
- correct, complete or update inaccurate or incomplete data;
- erase personal data that is no longer needed, unless we must keep it by law;
- withdraw consent at any time;
- grievance redressal, meaning a readily available way to raise a complaint with us;
- nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to do so.
We respect these rights today, and we will meet the detailed requirements of the DPDP Rules as they come into force.
How to exercise your rights
Email info@perfectdigitalsolution.com with the subject line “Data request” and tell us what you would like us to do. We may ask for information to confirm your identity before acting on the request.
We aim to respond as soon as possible. In any case, we will respond within the period set by law, which under the DPDP Rules, 2025 is a maximum of 90 days.
Children
Our website and services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it. We do not track or send targeted advertising to children.
Marketing emails
We send marketing emails only if you have ticked the optional marketing opt-in checkbox. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by emailing info@perfectdigitalsolution.com. We will still send you service-related messages if you are a client.
