Easy Your Holiday is a travel company that plans holiday and honeymoon packages and manages each trip from first enquiry to arrival. We designed and developed a responsive, dynamic website that presents its packages clearly and gives travellers an easy way to ask for a quote.
Project overview
People rarely book a holiday package on their first visit to a travel website. They compare destinations, check what is included, look at a few other agencies and then come back when they are ready to ask questions. A travel company’s website has to make that comparison easy and keep the agency in the traveller’s mind.
Easy Your Holiday wanted a site that shows its range of tour packages, explains how its team looks after guests during the trip, and turns interest into enquiries. Couples planning a honeymoon and families planning a break were both important audiences, and most of them would be browsing on their phones.
The challenge
The main problem was helping travellers find a package that suits them quickly, then making them confident enough to send an enquiry.
- Many packages to organise: honeymoon trips, family tours and other packages needed a clear structure so visitors did not get lost.
- Showing the service, not just the destination: the agency’s real strength is its support before and during the trip, and that had to come across on the page.
- Quick enquiries on mobile: a traveller should be able to ask about a package from a phone in a few taps.
- Frequent updates: packages, seasonal offers and itineraries change often, so the content could not be fixed in static pages.
Our approach
- Plan the package structure: we grouped the packages by trip type so a visitor can move from the home page to the right package in one or two clicks.
- Design for inspiration and clarity: we paired large destination visuals with short, scannable package details and a visible enquiry button.
- Build a dynamic site: we coded the site in PHP on a Bootstrap layout so package content is managed dynamically rather than hard-coded.
- On-page SEO basics: each package page received its own title, headings and description so travellers searching for a type of trip can land on the matching page.
- Test and launch: we checked layouts, forms and links across phones, tablets and desktops before the site went live.
What we delivered
- A responsive, mobile-friendly travel website
- A home page that introduces the agency and highlights its featured packages
- Package pages for honeymoon and other holiday tours, each with an enquiry option
- A section explaining how the team supports guests from booking to arrival
- Contact and enquiry forms placed throughout the site
- A dynamic setup so packages and offers can be updated as plans change
- SEO-friendly page structure, delivered in 15 days
Technology and why we chose it
The website is built with HTML5, CSS3 and PHP, using the Bootstrap framework for the responsive layout and JavaScript and jQuery for interactive elements. This lightweight stack keeps pages fast, which matters when travellers are browsing image-heavy package pages on mobile data.
PHP lets the site serve package content dynamically, so updates do not mean rebuilding pages by hand. Bootstrap’s grid adapts the same content to any screen size, and a standard, well-documented stack keeps the site straightforward to maintain and secure.
What this project shows
- Travel websites work best when packages are grouped the way travellers think about trips, such as honeymoon or family holidays.
- An agency’s support during the trip is a real selling point and deserves space on the site, not just a line in the footer.
- Putting an enquiry option on every package page shortens the path from interest to conversation.
