Shri Sai Taxi Service is a cab operator serving Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad, with corporate cabs, tempo travellers and outstation rides from those cities. It was started in 2020 by people with long experience in travel and tourism. We designed and developed a responsive WordPress website that explains its taxi and tour services and lets travellers reach the team quickly from any device.

Project overview

A taxi company competes on reliability, and customers cannot test that before they book. What they can judge is the website: whether the vehicles look well kept, whether the services are clearly explained and whether a real person answers when they call. For many travellers, especially families and outstation visitors, that first impression decides who gets the booking.

Shri Sai Taxi Service needed a site that reflected the care its staff put into every trip. It had to describe the types of rides on offer, show the vehicles, present tour options for sightseeing and give visitors a quick, low-effort way to ask for a fare or confirm a booking.

The challenge

The central problem was earning a stranger’s trust in a few seconds and turning it into a call or booking request.

  • A young business in a busy market: as a company founded in 2020, it needed to show its team’s travel experience so customers felt safe choosing it over older names.
  • Many trip types: local rides across Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad, corporate cabs, tempo traveller hire and outstation journeys each needed a clear place on the site.
  • Vehicle choice: customers want to know whether a sedan, SUV or larger vehicle is available for their group before they enquire.
  • Last-minute bookings: many travellers search while already on the move, so calling or sending trip details had to work in one or two taps.

Our approach

  1. Plan around the traveller: we grouped services by trip type so a visitor could jump straight to the kind of ride they need.
  2. Friendly, trustworthy design: we used a clean layout with vehicle images, a short story about the team and visible contact details on every page.
  3. WordPress build: we developed a dynamic site so the owners can add tour packages, update vehicle details and change contact information themselves.
  4. Search basics: we gave each service page its own title, headings and description so people searching for cab and tour services can find the relevant page.
  5. Testing and go-live: we checked the enquiry form, click-to-call links and layouts on several phones and browsers before launch.

What we delivered

  • A responsive, mobile-friendly website on WordPress
  • A home page highlighting the main taxi and tour services
  • Service sections for transfers, local hire and outstation trips
  • A vehicle section showing the cars available for booking
  • Tour and sightseeing pages that can be added to over time
  • A trip enquiry form with click-to-call contact on every page
  • An SEO-friendly structure, with the website delivered in 20 days

Technology and why we chose it

The site is built on WordPress with HTML5, CSS3 and PHP, using Bootstrap for the responsive grid, JavaScript and jQuery for interactive parts and MySQL for stored content. Because most visitors arrive on phones, Bootstrap’s mobile-first layout was an important part of the choice.

WordPress keeps day-to-day changes in the operator’s hands. New tour routes, revised vehicle lists or a new phone number can be updated from the dashboard in minutes, and routine updates to the core software help keep the site secure.

What this project shows

  • Taxi and tour operators should show their vehicles and contact details openly, because travellers book with companies they feel they can reach.
  • Separating trip types helps customers find the right service faster, whether it is a station pickup or a full-day tour.
  • A newer business can build trust online by explaining who runs it and what experience they bring.
