DSY Group (DYS Super Infra Pvt. Ltd.) develops residential and commercial plots. We designed and built a responsive WordPress website that presents its projects clearly and makes it easy for plot buyers to ask for details or a site visit.
Project overview
Buying a plot is a big, slow decision. Most buyers research online for weeks before they visit a site, and many first see a developer’s name on a hoarding, a classified ad or a property portal. When they then search for the company, the website has to confirm that the developer is real, show what is on offer and give them a simple way to get in touch.
DSY Group needed a website that did exactly that: introduce the company, show its residential and commercial plot projects, and turn interested visitors into calls and enquiries. The site also had to work well on mobile, because many buyers search for property on their phones.
The challenge
The core problem was trust: a plot developer has to prove credibility online before a buyer will pick up the phone.
- Several projects, one clear story: residential and commercial plots attract different buyers, so each needed its own space without making the site confusing.
- Enquiries from mobile users: buyers often browse on the move, so calling or sending an enquiry had to take one tap from any page.
- Credibility signals: company details, location information and project visuals had to be easy to find, because buyers are cautious about land purchases.
- Easy updates: the team needed to add new projects, photos and offers without depending on a developer for every change.
Our approach
- Discovery and structure: we listed the questions plot buyers ask first (location, plot sizes, approvals, how to visit) and planned the pages around them.
- Design: we used large project visuals with a clear “dream land” message, simple navigation and contact buttons placed where buyers look for them.
- Build on WordPress: we developed a dynamic site so new projects and updates can be added from the dashboard.
- On-page SEO basics: we set up clean page titles, headings and descriptions so people searching for the company or its projects can find the right page.
- Testing and launch: we checked every page and form on mobile and desktop before going live.
What we delivered

- A home page that introduces the company and highlights its plot projects
- Project sections for residential and commercial plots
- Enquiry forms and clear call-to-action buttons for site visits and callbacks
- About and contact pages with the company’s details

- SEO-friendly page structure, delivered in 20 days
Technology and why we chose it
We built the site on WordPress using HTML5, CSS3 and PHP, with Bootstrap, JavaScript and jQuery for the layout and interactions and MySQL as the database. WordPress gives the DSY team a familiar dashboard for updating projects, while Bootstrap’s grid keeps every page readable on phones, tablets and desktops.
Keeping the stack standard also matters for the long term. Any WordPress developer can maintain it, hosting is easy to find, and regular core and plugin updates keep it secure.
What this project shows
- For real estate developers, the website’s first job is to build trust, so company details and project information should never be more than one click away.
- Separating residential and commercial offerings helps each type of buyer find relevant plots faster.
- A site the client can update themselves stays current, which matters when projects and availability change often.
