Credillia is a financial services business that helps customers with credit cards and loans. We designed and built a responsive WordPress website that explains its services in plain language and lets visitors ask for help through simple enquiry forms.
Project overview
Financial products are confusing for many people. Someone looking for a credit card or a loan usually has questions about eligibility, documents and the application process, and they are rightly careful about who they share personal details with. A financial services website has to be clear, calm and trustworthy before it asks for anything.
Credillia needed a site that introduces the business, describes its credit card and loan services in an easy-to-follow way and offers a straightforward route for visitors to request a callback. The tone had to stay informative rather than pushy, and the site had to work well on mobile, where most people start this kind of search.
The challenge
The core problem was making financial services understandable and trustworthy without overpromising.
- Complex topics, simple words: terms around cards and loans had to be explained so first-time borrowers can follow them.
- Trust before contact: visitors want to know who the company is and how it handles their information before they fill in a form.
- Responsible messaging: content needed to describe services accurately and avoid claims that could mislead customers.
- Different products, clear paths: credit card and loan enquiries needed their own sections so visitors reach the right information.
Our approach
- Service mapping: we separated credit card and loan services and listed the common questions visitors ask about each.
- Clean, reassuring design: we used a tidy layout, calm colours and plenty of white space so the information feels approachable.
- WordPress development: we built a dynamic website so the team can update service details and add helpful content as needed.
- On-page SEO basics: we created clear page titles, headings and descriptions for each service so the right page appears for the right search.
- Form testing and launch: we tested every enquiry form on mobile and desktop and delivered the website in 20 days.
What we delivered
- A responsive, mobile-friendly WordPress website
- A home page introducing Credillia and its services
- A credit card services section
- A loan services section
- Callback and enquiry forms placed on each service page
- About and contact pages with company information
- SEO-friendly page structure
Technology and why we chose it
We built the site on WordPress with PHP and MySQL, using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript and jQuery for layout and interaction. WordPress makes it easy for a financial services team to update service descriptions or add explainer content when products or processes change.
Bootstrap ensures the forms and text read well on phones, which is where many people first look into a card or loan. WordPress is well supported and regularly updated, and keeping core and plugins current is an important part of protecting a site that collects personal enquiries.
What this project shows
- Financial services websites earn trust by explaining clearly and avoiding exaggerated claims.
- Separating product types helps visitors find relevant information without feeling overwhelmed.
- When a site collects personal details, clear company information and well-maintained software matter to visitors.
